The 2026 conference will explore how inclusion, equity, and belonging can drive meaningful impact for staff, students, and society. By highlighting evidence-based research and practical interventions, the event will demonstrate how EDI initiatives enhance outcomes, strengthen culture, and support organisational effectiveness.

Research Presentations
Engage with traditional research papers delivered in 20 minute sessions with 10 minutes for discussion.
Presentations are organised into thematic streams, encouraging interaction, debate, and collaboration.
Workshops
Particpate in interactive one-hour workshops showcasing innovative practices and research with practical application. Due to strong demand, limited number of workshops will be offered on the conference day, complemented by a year-round workshop programme to continue learning and capability-building.
Staff Network Fair
Connect with staff networks during a lunchtime Staff Network Fair. Discover ongoing activities, provide feedback, explore membership opportunities, and engage in cross-university dialogie to strengthen our inclusive culture.
